Prestar to buy RM17mil Serendah industrial property
KUALA LUMPUR: Prestar Resources Bhd's subsidiaries plan to acquire a freehold industrial property in Serendah Technology Park, Rawang, Selangor, for an indicative purchase price of RM17 million.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said Prestar Precision Tube Sdn Bhd, Dai Dong Steel Sdn Bhd and Prestar Engineering Sdn Bhd had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Landmark Concord Resorts Sdn Bhd for the acquisition.
